Summary

The Supervisor Key Holder is a support role in running our retail stores efficiently. The Supervisor Key Holder supports the Store Manager in all operations and sales management functions. The Supervisor Key Holder ensures the sales team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

The Supervisor Key Holder has various responsibilities, including:

  • Customer Experience: ability to function as a role model at all times, ensuring that customers remain the top priority; ability to respond to all customer needs.
  • Achieves excellent scores on secret shopper reports.
  • Ensure the store is visually distinctive and appearance impeccably maintained.
  • Demonstrates awareness of store sales plans and results.
  • Demonstrates awareness of individual contribution to business results.
  • Promotes merchandise and demonstrates product knowledge to customers and assists them with any requests.
  • Shares vision and plans execution of store strategy in alignment with corporate and district initiatives.
  • Understands reports, analysis of business trends and inventory opportunities.

Operational Responsibilities include prioritizing workflow, supporting staffing levels, and maintaining store appearance and cleanliness.

Visual, Brand And Product Management responsibilities include participating in execution of pricing strategies, merchandise set up, and inventory management.

People Responsibilities include adhering to Human Resources standards, managing conflict, and empowering team members.

Requirements

  • Energetic and positive attitude
  • 1-2 years of retail experience
  • Flexible availability; reliable transportation
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Must be able to move and/or lift to 25 pounds
  • High school degree
