Responsibilities
- Coach and model exceptional customer service.
- Train and oversee the daily work activity of team members.
- Provide daily support, direction, and guidance to customers and team members.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Escalate problems to the management team when necessary.
- Aid in the daily operation of the store.
- Assign work and provide focused direction to team members.
- Process sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments.
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks.
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in a retail setting preferred.
- Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Basic reading, writing, and accounting skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
