Responsibilities

  • Coach and model exceptional customer service.
  • Train and oversee the daily work activity of team members.
  • Provide daily support, direction, and guidance to customers and team members.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Escalate problems to the management team when necessary.
  • Aid in the daily operation of the store.
  • Assign work and provide focused direction to team members.
  • Process sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments.
  • Perform routine housekeeping tasks.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in a retail setting preferred.
  • Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma/GED preferred.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Basic reading, writing, and accounting skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
