Summary

Join Millennium Print Group as a Supervisor, Overwrap! We are seeking an experienced production leader to oversee daily operations within our Overwrap department. In this role, you will provide hands-on leadership, support production teams, drive operational efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support daily overwrap production operations to achieve quality and production goals
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to drive performance and accountability
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing employee training activities
• Monitor production schedules, equipment performance, and operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed
• Maintain production reporting related to quality, downtime, and operational performance
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Shipping, Quality, Inventory, Facilities, and IT
• Support staffing, scheduling, attendance tracking, and employee performance management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity and workflow optimization
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, ISO requirements, and company policies

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with prior supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in overwrap production or related printing/manufacturing environments strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of production equipment, processes, and workflow coordination
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of ISO, OSHA, 5S, and continuous improvement practices preferred
