BHT Supervisor, Nights

About the role

The BHT Supervisor at ERC Pathlight is responsible for directing and coordinating the delivery of programming excellence through assigned Behavioral Health Technicians, promoting health and well-being in our patient population.

Responsibilities

• Assists in delivery of patient care in the milieu environment
• Directs, supervises, coordinates and evaluates the work activities of assigned personnel
• Aids in planning and establishing work schedules and assignments
• Aids in the implementation of individualized patient treatment plans
• Convenes with other supervisors and managers to coordinate operations and activities including team meetings and pre/post preparations
• Supervises the patient experience by providing patient supervision and support, facilitating psycho-educational groups as needed, providing structure/boundaries and contributing to the implementation of therapeutic programming including experiential therapy, behavioral intervention and bathroom/meal-time support, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment
• Implements organization policies and procedures

Requirements

• High School or GED
• 1+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting

Qualifications

• 6+ months leading teams or supervising others (Preferred)

Schedule

• Full Time Night Shift - 6pm-6:30am
• 3 shifts per week
• Rotating weekends
