Supervisor - Outpatient Services PT/OT
This position is located at the St. Andrew's campus in Boothbay Harbor, ME, and supports the Outpatient Physical/Occupational Therapy Department. The role is a split between clinical and administrative duties in a new, state-of-the-art facility alongside an engaged team of skilled clinicians.
About the role
The Supervisor - Wellness coordinates day-to-day operations of the Wellness/Rehab team and serves as the front-line leader, with responsibilities split between 80% patient care and 20% supervisory tasks. This includes performing administrative duties, instructing and delegating to the team, and maintaining clinical skills to provide patient care as needed.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Primary work location is Boothbay Harbor, with some requirements at the Lincoln Hospital campus. Participation in weekend rotation for inpatient services on the Lincoln campus is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with five years of clinical experience or Associate’s Degree with 10 years of clinical experience (Master’s Degree with five years of clinical experience preferred).
- Current State License/Certification based on clinical experience (PT, SLP, or OT licensure accepted).
Pay
The pay range for this position is $46.72 to $63.22 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is prorated based on scheduled hours and full-time equivalent (FTE).
