Supervisor or Executive Accounts & Finance (Retail Division)

About the role

Be at the heart of our retail finance operations, where you will keep daily transactions accurate and compliant while supporting month-end reporting and smooth coordination between outlets and head office. In this hands-on role, you will manage core accounting and bookkeeping activities, resolve discrepancies with stakeholders, and help strengthen processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate posting, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Maintain organized records and follow through on outstanding items until closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow.
• Learn continuously and adapt to changes as the retail business grows.
• Uphold integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling financial data.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent with relevant accounting experience in retail/FMCG.
• Minimum 1-2 years (Supervisor position) in similar capacity.
• Minimum 3 years (Executive position) in similar capacity.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel; comfortable working with data and deadlines.
• Able to handle full set of accounts independently; good communication skills and teamwork.
