Requirements

High school diploma. Two years’ healthcare experience. Expert knowledge of duties performed in the area of responsibility. Thorough knowledge of the ideal patient flow. Knowledge of revenue cycle requirements. Good managerial skills. Leadership and organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills. Good interpersonal skills. Very good written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Competent in basic Microsoft Office programs; proficient use of Excel. Ability to implement change and maintain results. Ability to prioritize and multi task in a fast paced environment; well organized. Open-mindedness and willingness to facilitate change. Works effectively with minimal supervision. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Management experience (preferred)
