Supervisor, Operations Management

Essential Functions

• Develop and implement strategies to meet cost, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction, EHS, and continuous improvement commitments
• Develop a world-class operations team through staffing, training, and talent management initiatives while serving as a role model for integrity, inclusion, and diversity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, there is a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
• Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Proven leadership and management capability
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to attain and maintain a security clearance.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience leading in a Unionized environment
• A minimum of 5 years of prior related experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• BS in Engineering / Computer Science or BA/BS in Business Administration with electronic manufacturing experience preferred
• A background in 5S, Safety at Work and process improvements
• Experience in project management within a production environment
• Two years or more of working experience with earned value management (EVM) systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of computer-based project management tools associated with scheduling & cost
• Understanding of the manufacturing practices of electronic components
• Working knowledge of MS Office products such as Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with SAP
• Active Secret Clearance

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $67,000-119,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
