Team Leadership
Lead and develop a team of Implementation Analyst in a high-volume, production-focused back-office environment. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement by establishing clear performance expectations, providing ongoing coaching and development, and inspiring team members while meeting quality and productivity goals.
Operational Excellence
Collaborate on the coordination and monitoring of daily operational risk activities. It's about maintaining high standards in both the quality and quantity of work and solving minor workflow hiccups.
Prioritization and Decision Making Skills
You'll be the go-to for helping your team prioritize their day and week and will need to explain those decisions to field partners. Understand the business impacts of prioritization and compromise to reach the best solution possible for all parties.
Creating a Productive Environment

What You’ll Bring
Leadership Experience: 2 years of formal or informal leadership experience in a service or operations role along with 3-5 years of group benefits service or operations experience.
People Skills: Effective human relations skills are a must. We're all about teamwork and building strong relationships here.

What We Can Offer You
Estimated Salary: Minimum: $85,000 - $95,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
