The organization offers a comprehensive continuum of care for adults and seniors and seeks an experienced Supervisor of Facility Operations to enhance the team of dedicated professionals. The role focuses on delivering maintenance services and overseeing work performed by outside contractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform general maintenance and repair to the facility and equipment by staff or contractors.
• Assess repair needs and either conduct repairs (plumbing, electrical, woodwork, tile, heating, air conditioning, etc.) or secure appropriate contractors.
• Develop and execute a preventive maintenance schedule and perform service as needed on facility equipment.
• Complete regular inspections of all fire‑prevention equipment, including fire alarm reporting systems, generators, filter changes, and fire extinguishers.
• Interview prospective employees, make employment recommendations/decisions, and ensure proper orientation.
• Provide guidance and direction to staff, fostering mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
• Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license with F‑endorsement (if required by state).
• CPR certification.
• De‑escalation/restraint certification (training available upon hire).
• First aid certification may be required based on state or facility regulations.

Schedule

Full‑Time day‑shift with on‑call rotation required.
