Supervisor, Nursing

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota and Wisconsin
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• 3 years related nursing experience in a clinical setting
• Knowledge of nursing theory, regulations and practice
• 3 years of management and/or supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and retain information regarding patient care procedures
• Project a professional image
• Plan, prioritize and complete delegated tasks
• Demonstrate compassion and caring in dealing with others

Requirements

• Works collaboratively with other clinic nursing and management staff
• Ensures compliance with established standards and continuity of quality patient care
• Ensures appropriate and current licensure and training for nursing staff and students
• Ensures the safety and efficiency of patient care
• Member of the clinic leadership team
• Works collaboratively with other members of management, clinicians and outside vendors
