Supervisor - Nike Somerville

Location: Nike Factory Store – Somerville, MA

Hours: Full Time – 34-40 hours per week, including nights and weekends

Pay: $21.50 – $27.95 per hour (varies by location, qualifications, skills, and experience)

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to best support customer needs.
• Bring a positive attitude and passion to your teammates and customers every day.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles to bring the consumer journey to life.
• Make customers feel welcome, understand their wants and needs, and exceed their expectations at every step.
• Operate a cash register, handle shipping and receiving duties, stock products, and build visual displays (with or without accommodations).
• Show up for your teammates by attending store events.
• Adhere to professional standards, demonstrating integrity, reliability, and kindness.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old (U.S.).
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods (with or without reasonable accommodations).
