Supervisor - Nike Princeton

Starting pay rate: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour, based on location, qualifications, skills, and experience.

About the role

As a Nike Retail Supervisor (Specialist), you’re the face of NIKE. You’ll work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, guiding customers to make the best decisions for their needs. Your diverse experience and perspective will help shape customer experiences, from product selection to those iconic first-time moments. You’ll collaborate with your team to achieve goals, support bold ideas, and drive impactful customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to best support customer needs.
• Bring a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers daily.
• Lead by example, delivering service in line with Nike’s Service Principles to bring the consumer journey to life.
• Make customers feel welcome, understood, and exceed their expectations at every step.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, reliability, and kindness.
• Operate a cash register, handle shipping and receiving, stock products, clean, and build visual displays (with or without accommodations).
• Support teammates by attending store events.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old (U.S.).
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to authentically use customer service skills to ensure customers feel seen and understood.
• Willingness to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements: ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods (with or without reasonable accommodations).

Schedule

Full-time: 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
