About the role

As a Nike Retail Supervisor (referred to as a Specialist), you’re the face of NIKE. You’ll work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, guiding customers to make the best decisions for their needs. Your role focuses on customer service and teamwork, impacting customers' experiences daily—from product placement to creating iconic moments. Bring your just-do-it attitude and collaborate with your team to achieve goals and support bold ideas.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, delivering service in line with Nike’s Service Principles to enhance the consumer journey.
• Make customers feel welcome, understood, and exceed their expectations at every step.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, reliability, and kindness in all interactions.
• Operate a cash register, handle shipping and receiving, stock products, clean, and build visual displays (with or without accommodations).
• Support teammates by attending store events.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old (U.S.).
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood.
• Willingness to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements: ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods (with or without reasonable accommodations).

Pay

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $21.00 to $27.30. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills, and experience. Starting pay rate: $21.00/hour.

Schedule

Full Time – 34-40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
