Supervisor - Nike Battery Park City

Location: New York, NY – NIKE Battery Park City (Full Time – 34-40 hours per week, including nights and weekends)

Starting pay rate: $23.00 – $29.90 per hour. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills, and experience.

As a Retail Supervisor, you’ll give a premium boutique experience to customers and help them find what they need to feel their best on their fitness journey. You’ll impact our customers' experiences daily—from getting product from door to floor to being part of those iconic moments when first-time customers find their dream pair. Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to best support customer needs
• Bring a positive attitude and passion to your teammates and customers every day
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles to bring the consumer journey to life
• Make customers feel welcome, care about their fitness wants and needs, and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey
• Demonstrate integrity, reliability, and kindness while adhering to store policies
• Operate a cash register, handle shipping and receiving duties, stock products, clean, and build visual displays (with or without accommodations)
• Show up for your teammates by attending store events

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old (U.S.)
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
• Ability to use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time (with or without reasonable accommodations)
