Supervisor, National Video Investment

About the role

Primary responsibilities include negotiating and maintaining national video buys across broadcast, cable, as well as OTT and OLV. Assist with various projects and help manage junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Building and implementing media buys
• Assessing media and ROI performance
• Managing account billings and budgets
• Working with members of affiliated agencies associated with client's business
• Maintaining and producing required media results and management reports
• Managing and maintaining all files and records pertaining to client's activities and billings
• Ensuring all client deliverables are being met (timelines, goals, budgets, etc.)
• Interacting with vendors in the planning, negotiating, and implementation of plans as needed
• Generating and handling administrative functions associated with the ordering and managing of a TV schedule

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising, or related field highly preferred
• 3+ years of experience in National TV Investment
• Experience working directly with clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MBOX and Prisma
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
