Job Summary

The Supervisor of MRI provides oversight and coordination of all MRI procedures and activities of assigned staff. The position requires the technologist to work with the Radiologists and department management to carry out department and hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program required
  • State of Florida HRS Licensure as a “General Radiographer” required
  • ARRT with advanced level certification in MRI required
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) required
  • 3-5 years experience as a registered MRI technologist in a hospital setting required
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred

What You Will Need

Takes on-call as assigned to provide after-hours emergency coverage.
