About the role
This role will plan, produce, and oversee Modular Build Systems (MBS) projects, events, and shows in accordance with work orders received from Account Executives, Exhibitor Sales, and Exhibitor Services while keeping job costs at the lowest possible level and maintaining quality, safety, and customer service standards. Promote and maintain a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with all safety policies and regulations, holding self and team accountable, actively communicating safety expectations, and supporting continuous improvement in safety practices. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Las Vegas, NV.
Responsibilities
- Review all MBS work orders for an event, understand which orders are special orders, and determine how to accomplish the final results.
- Produce work orders to other departments as needed.
- Follow up with items ordered from other departments.
- Supervise packing and staging in-house of all MBS elements for a given project, event, or show, including stock materials, special orders, and pre-built items.
- Attend Show Site Production Meetings and Pre-Con meetings as needed.
- Coordinate labor, aerial equipment, forklifts, and material handling equipment with the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate labor, equipment, and material records as required.
- Produce production schedules and labor budgets.
- Enforce all Company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain quality control to ensure Company standards are met.
- Direct installation and dismantle labor and monitor repacking closely to avoid potential damage.
- Schedule trucking to and from show site with appropriate departments.
- Manage MBS team activities.
- Manage difficult or emotional customer and employee situations and respond promptly to people’s needs.
- Solicit customer feedback to improve service.
- Promote and provide a high level of customer service according to Company guidelines.
- Understand business implications of decisions.
- Directly supervise small to large groups of employees and sub-supervisors as needed.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws.
- Train and work directly with employees.
- Communicate and reinforce company safety objectives, programs, and policies within the team.
- Ensure employees complete required training and understand their safety responsibilities.
- Maintain compliance with company safety policies and applicable OSHA regulations.
- Investigate and document workplace accidents, near misses, and hazards promptly, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead by example by encouraging open communication on safety concerns and fostering accountability for maintaining a safe work environment.
- Track and review safety performance metrics, using insights to support decision-making and corrective actions.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Three (3) years of related experience and/or training.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of Flex & Smart Panel Systems preferred.
- Working knowledge of workplace safety practices and applicable OSHA requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to apply and uphold safety policies, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to a proactive safety culture that reduces incidents and improves safety outcomes.
- OSHA 30 Certification required.
- Travel up to 25%.

Pay
Salary range of $75,000–$84,000 based upon experience. Eligible for an annual bonus of up to 5% of the base salary.
Schedule
Full-time, in-person schedule working in-office and/or show-site.
