What You Will Do
- Responsible for the business performance of the establishment.
- Uses past performance, market conditions and strategic planning to forecast supply and demand.
- Captures all activities including management, customer relations, and marketing to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Oversees daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Sets annual budgets and manages costs, while developing cost-saving strategies to increase profit.
- Devises systems, sets policy, and implements changes to uphold quality standards.
- Provides training and leadership to staff, including team building and performance management.
- Recruits and hires new staff, creates schedules, and tracks attendance.
- Investigates and resolves service complaints and enforces disciplinary actions as needed.
- Maintains high standards of health, safety, and quality control.
- Prepares end-of-day financial reports and performs other duties as required.
What You Bring To Freeport
- A high school diploma or GED and three (3) years of relevant experience; OR a bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of supervisor or lead experience.
- Ability to understand and apply verbal and written instructions in English.
- Effective communication in English regarding job procedures and safety standards.
- Availability for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Ability to meet operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety.
- Strong customer engagement and communication skills.
- Compliance with dress code standards.
- Willingness to perform a variety of tasks during each shift.
Preferred Qualifications
- Serve Safe Certified or ability to obtain within a 1 month of hire.
What We Offer You
The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $48,400-$72,300. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
