About the role

We’re looking for a Media Supervisor who’ll lead the team in bringing transformation to life—someone known for incredible strategic thinking, brilliant client interaction, and stellar management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality media planning for clients, demonstrating a smart, thoughtful understanding of how traditional and digital marketing can achieve and exceed objectives and goals.
• Perform thorough, insightful campaign analysis, including reporting and optimization recommendations.
• Partner with Account Management and Creative, implement agency and departmental policies, and work cross-functionally to champion shared knowledge and establish continuous feedback.
• Promote a culture of shared learning and increase visibility of media expertise within the agency.
• Oversee strategy recommendations, tactical recommendations, budgeting process, and performance evaluations to optimize resources and talent development.

Requirements

• A four-year college education and five to seven years of media planning and/or buying experience (with at least three years of online experience).
• Familiarity with Atlas and comparable ad serving technology.
• An impressive understanding of the traditional and digital media environment, staying current with rapid changes in the industry.
• A clear understanding of the media planning and buying process.
• Exceptional communication skills, including interpreting client objectives and articulating proposed media strategies and recommendations.
• A strong, proven ability to teach analytic skills to staff, developing and inspiring them to grow.
• Experience owning large budget documents, flowcharts, and spearheading new media processes.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.

Pay

Compensation range: USD $36.08 - USD $57.77/hour. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
