About the role

The Supervisor Loan Servicing position is responsible for overseeing the loan servicing operations within Teachers Federal Credit Union. This includes managing customer interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loan servicing operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of loans.
• Manage customer interactions to resolve issues and provide excellent service.
• Ensure all loan servicing activities comply with federal and state regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to support loan servicing processes.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of loan servicers to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in loan servicing or related financial services industry.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of loan servicers.
• Strong understanding of federal and state lending laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This position offers a flexible schedule with the option to work remotely up to 50% of the time.
