About the role
The Automotive Services Manager oversees the activities, workload, and attendance of assigned employees to ensure delivery of departmental results. They evaluate opportunities in existing processes and proactively identify new processes to assure quality delivery and departmental efficiency. They also respond to escalated internal and external customer issues, support the growth and development of assigned employees, and conduct performance reviews.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate opportunities in existing processes and proactively identify new processes to assure quality delivery and departmental efficiency
- Respond to escalated internal and external customer issues, determine root cause, explore and implement mistake-proofing measures
- Support the growth and development of assigned employees, and conduct performance reviews
- Support customer or prospect meetings, as serve as direct client liaison as needed
- Proactively interact with business partners to develop and enhance systems
- Develop custom departmental reports and presentations
- Develop and monitor key departmental metrics to ensure standards are achieved
- Participate in recruiting and hiring of new staff members
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or related leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years of business experience
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive services or similar industries
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
The annual compensation range for this role is $87,550.00 - $124,755.00 USD annually for full-time employees.
