Supervisor II, Production - Panel Lamination

Experience Required

• Supervisory or similar servant style experience with a high level of responsibility
• Ability to read prints
• Experience with D365, RF Smart, Excel and Team Center
• Knowledge of production orders, panel lamination processes, labor functions, product flow
• Knowledge of Lean 101 – 5S, continuous improvement and Tier meeting report outs

• The ability to work well with all agents of the company to facilitate customer satisfaction
• Good communication and planning skills
