SUPERVISOR I
About the role
The EDD Workforce Services Branch (WSB) is seeking candidates to apply for a Supervisor I position in the Provider and Employer Services Unit within the Central Office Workforce Services Division.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the Provider and Employer Services Unit.
- Oversee staff and workload related to the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL).
- Support functions related to the Employer Help Desk.
- Operational processes involving password reset support.
- Provide direction to staff, review completed work for quality and consistency, resolve operational issues, and elevate complex matters to upper management as appropriate.
Requirements
This position is considered "hybrid" with on-site work four days a week at 1416 9th Street and telework one day a week, on average, dependent on operational needs.

$7,172.00 - $8,910.00
