About the role
Under the direction of the Supervisor II, this Supervisor I role oversees the overall management, operational activities, and workload of the Incompetent to Stand Trial (IST) Re-Evaluation Program within the Forensic Services Division. The incumbent may be subpoenaed to testify in court.
Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the daily operations of the IST Re-Evaluation Program.
- Oversee program workload and ensure timely completion of evaluations.
- Coordinate with legal and clinical staff to facilitate court-ordered re-evaluations.
- May be required to testify in court regarding program findings or processes.
Pay
$7,172.00 - $8,910.00 monthly. New state candidates will be hired at the minimum salary of the classification or the minimum of the alternate range, if applicable.
Schedule
Permanent, full-time position with hybrid telework options.
