Duties

Under the general direction of the Supervisor II, the Supervisor I oversees team activities in the Call Center 2, Customer Service Section, Program Support and Customer Service Branch within the Operations Division. The incumbent is responsible for managing the day-to-day call center operations of staff that are required to support the child support program including all matters as well as the statewide Call Center platform.

Special Requirements

The position(s) require(s) a Background Investigation be cleared prior to being hired.
