Supervises daily functions of assigned department; Provides clear direction & manages / advances people, processes, structures &/or programs that support direct / indirect care. Johnson Memorial Hospital and Home & Community Health Services provide a continuum of health care services to those living and working in north central Connecticut and western Massachusetts. The 92‑bed hospital and home health and hospice agency have been anchor institutions in north central Connecticut for more than 100 years.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operations & the oversight of staff
• Responsible for budget & supply chain site leadership of a combination of FTEs, multi-small site geographic scope, or specialty/procedural area complexity
• Implement ministry Supply Chain logistics optimization strategies & assure successful implementation leading to improvement in operating margins
• Partner with Region Leader to champion & implement site inventory management capability

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent healthcare Supply Chain experience
• 1-3 years Supply Chain-related experience in a progressive work environment
• Knowledge of ERP & other integrated supply chain systems

Qualifications

Previous healthcare Supply Chain Management experience preferred.

Pay

Pay Range: $25‑39 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

Schedule

Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday day shift.
