About the Role

Performs supervisory and specialized work in the area of grant monitoring required for compliance with state and federal grants, develops and maintains compliant policies procedures and develops and delivers training on compliance matters.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, and evaluates assigned staff
• Coordinates grant program and financial monitoring programs associated with divisional operations
• Ensures divisional and subrecipient/partner compliance with all applicable regulations
• Prepares monitoring risk assessments and schedules and oversees adherence to the schedule
• Conducts monitoring visits consisting of overseeing a team to inspect the files, program delivery and financial elements of the entity being monitored
• Provides support, advisement and review of submitted corrective action plans
• Celebrates successes and addresses challenges
• Identifies need for and oversees delivery of technical assistance to partners, subrecipients, developers and internal staff
• Establish divisional policies and procedures to ensure operations are compliant with all grantor regulations
• Oversees schedule and development and delivery of training sessions on all matters of compliance to internal and external audiences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Four (4) years of related experience
• Candidates without a degree should possess four (4) additional years of related experience
• Fingerprinting required
