About the role

UtiliQuest, LLC, a leading provider of quality underground utility damage prevention, seeks a Leak Survey Supervisor to support its operations in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Located in Alpharetta, Georgia, with offices across multiple states, UtiliQuest has over 2,800 employees and is a subsidiary of Dycom Industries.

Responsibilities

• Build and supervise a team of Leak Survey Technicians.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Conduct daily and weekly planning meetings.
• Conduct audits on field personnel.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Create and maintain good working relationships with clients.
• Assist Technicians with Leak Survey issues.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition Team.
• Operate company vehicles safely.
• Validate and approve personnel time reports.
• Develop, mentor, and evaluate technicians.
• Complete JSO’s (Job Safety Observations).
• Work shifts and weekends as needed.
• Train technicians in Leak Survey process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance.
• Work in various weather conditions.
• Use hands and fingers for specialized equipment.
• Use portable ladder and work in confined spaces.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid State driver's license with an acceptable MVR record.

Qualifications

• Routinely: work alone, operate vehicle, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, lift up to 55 pounds, use keyboard and mouse.
• Occasionally: use portable ladder, work in confined spaces, climb stairs.

Pay and Schedule

The wage range for this position is $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 annually.
