Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and related operational functions
• Covers menu, production and procurement coordination
• Serves and sanitizes service processes
• Applies age appropriate skills in service delivery
• Maintains quality work standards for compliance
• Evaluates education and training needs of staff
• Promotes teamwork and maintains a safe and sanitary work environment
• Contributes to efficient operations of the department
• Applies age appropriateness skills in service delivery for patients aged neonate through geriatric

Qualifications

• One year in food services
• Desired one year in a high volume healthcare setting
• Associate Degree
• Certified Dietary Manager
