About the Role
The Supervisor position is responsible for overseeing the operation to assure that operational timelines and standards are followed and consistently met, employees are completing their assigned duties, Sodexo cash handling policies and procedures are followed, and stellar customer service is provided. The expectation is that this position follows their key responsibilities even when assigned to and working another retail position.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure adherence to timelines and standards
- Monitor employee performance and ensure completion of assigned duties
- Enforce Sodexo cash handling policies and procedures
- Provide stellar customer service
- Assist with 1st and 2nd shifts as needed
- Work all stations, including cook and cashier
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (or higher)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English (Bilingual in Spanish is encouraged)
- Completion of Serve Safe Certification within the 1st year of employment and recertification every 3 years
- 1-3 years of experience in large volume retail food service (retail or institutional setting)
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Supervision of a minimum of 5 or more people
- Basic computer skills for menu building, scheduling, etc.
Pay
Pay Range: $19.50 - $28.42
Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- 3rd Shift: Between 9pm - 6am, 8-hour shifts
- Rotating weekends and holidays
