Supervisor Finance

About the role

You will supervise the performance of direct reports, but not limited to, ensuring high levels of quality, productivity, and the meeting/exceeding of standard deadlines. You will support the daily activities of the divisional finance department. You will assign duties and examine work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures. You will also work with Account Management on special financial requirements. You will be responsible for completing the client reconciliations for new or existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly/on-going billing and reporting to external clients
• Support the finance management team in effort to maximize efficiency and accuracy of billing to increase EBITDA and cash flow
• Run reporting enhancements implemented in client billing and reporting process
• Support team goals annually and monitor quarterly to ensure achievement
• Coach and mentor staff
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and review/discuss progress quarterly

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in accounting / finance, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in accounting / finance
• Proficiency with ERP, word processing, and spreadsheets
• Proficiency in SAP, ADS / Global MAX, and Microsoft Word, Excel

Pay

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Supervisor Finance is between $65,000 and $75,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
