About the role
Responsible for operations at the visitation center while leading the visitation administrator to deliver exceptional quality service for facility staff and Family & Friends. Responsibilities include opening/closing the visitation center, powering up, testing, basic troubleshooting of equipment, maintenance, and cleanliness of the building while minimizing cost.
Candidates must live in the state of Washington.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and associates to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure contract requirements are met.
- Lead team to meet and exceed company objectives.
- Ensure associates are meeting expectations by setting goals and objectives.
- Hire and develop direct reports.
- Schedule the team to ensure proper coverage.
- Approve time sheets, time off requests, and expense reports.
- Ensure the technical performance of their team(s) utilizing training courses, etc.
- Responsible for planning and implementation of the budget.
- Asset management (Site Inventory, Laptops, PCs, etc.).
- Analyze and reduce operating costs.
- Responsible for video visitation access for facility staff.
- Ensure operational readiness and performance for all systems (Security/Avaya Phones/SVV/Securus Workstations/BSO Workstations as required).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of supervisor experience in a customer-facing environment.
Skills
- Self-starter with strong work ethic, excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Proficient understanding of customer service needs and works to improve the operation of the visitation center.
- Microsoft Operating System experience, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where problem resolution times are measured in hours.

- Customer relationship and account management skills.
- Employee development and performance management skills.
- Computing and business tools experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Knowledge of computer hardware and telephony.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and office equipment. Occasionally may need to reach, stoop, or kneel.
Pay
$72,906.08 - $83,112.93 per year.
