About the role
Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel (the “Property”) is a newer facility in a high traffic area in the heart of Oak Grove, Kentucky, and across the street from a large Army post, Ft. Campbell. The Property is 10 miles from Clarksville, TN and less than 60 miles northwest of downtown Nashville, TN. The Facilities Supervisor will supervise, coordinate, and assist the work of the maintenance and EVS Team Members in the maintenance, repair, and cleaning of the facilities building, systems, and grounds. The Facilities Supervisor must have knowledge of and be able to complete tasks in air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry and finish skills, energy conservation, and/or general building maintenance and EVS cleaning duties.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Director and Manager of Facilities in coordinating projects and scheduling work.
- Prepare weekly team member schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.
- Schedule and, when needed, personally perform preventive maintenance and repair duties on all building mechanical systems, equipment, and tools. Ensure work is completed on time.
- Assign janitorial duties to staff and regularly inspect their work to ensure that established standards are met.
- Schedule and, when needed, personally perform Facilities cleaning, gaming floor, banquet hall, conference rooms, and floor cleaning and waxing. This includes all facilities on site: RV Park, Amphitheater, Equestrian Center, Maintenance Building, ONS, and RDS.
- Ensure all inventory, supplies, and equipment are maintained and properly stored.
