Supervisor, F&B Programs
About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to oversee and elevate the daily food and beverage program at a large corporate campus. Our team drives operational excellence, vendor management, and a positive dining experience for all employees across multiple buildings.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day food and beverage operations across serveries and pantry locations, ensuring spaces are stocked, set, and aligned with service quality standards.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for food and beverage vendors, managing relationships and executing weekly performance reviews with catering, grab & go, and pantry providers.
- Cook up and deliver end-to-end food and beverage support for onsite events, catering requests, and special programming, collaborating cross-functionally with Facilities, Workplace Operations, and other teams.
- Process and track invoices and purchase orders, monitor operating expenses against budget, and identify opportunities for cost efficiency without compromising service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations, hospitality management, or a related field—ideally in a corporate, catering, or high-volume dining environment.
- Proven experience managing external vendors or service providers, including performance accountability and daily operational coordination.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent vendors, workstreams, and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with budgets, invoice processing, and purchase order tracking, with demonstrated basic financial reporting capabilities.
