Supervisor Environmental Services - LCH (Full Time) 1st Shift

About the role

Captures and directs routine and non-routine Environmental Services operations for assigned areas or shifts. Orientates and trains assigned teammates. Prepares schedules and resolves work-related staffing issues. Performs environmental service assignments. Prepares, processes or maintains records, reports, forms and other documents. Assumes responsibility for the operation and care of the departmental equipment used by assigned teammates.

Requirements

• Requires continuous walking, bending, stooping, lifting up to 50-pounds; also pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing ladders that is generally inside.
• Contact with water and cleaning solution, potentially contaminated waste, including sharps and other bio-hazardous waste.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• A minimum of one year of institutional housekeeping experience is required.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Compensation Base compensation listed within the listed pay range based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training. Premium pay such as shift, on call, and more based on a teammate's job. Opportunity for annual increases based on performance.
