SUPERVISOR | ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

About the role

The EVS Supervisor is responsible for providing a clean, safe, hazard-free environment for patients, visitors, and staff under the direction of the Environmental Services Director.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily housekeeping duties in assigned patient care and non-patient care areas
• Ensuring compliance with all environmental services policies and procedures
• Assisting in the training and supervision of housekeeping staff
• Working every other weekend

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent with 2 or more years experience as a supervisor
• PREFERRED: Associates degree in a related field, 5 or more years experience as a supervisor in a hospital or healthcare setting
