Supervisor, Electrical Industrial

About the role

Ludvik Electric Co. is a premier electrical contractor in Arizona, Colorado, and Utah with over $2 billion in installations worldwide. We are currently seeking experienced Industrial Electrical Supervisors for our Arizona location. The position involves running a crew or project of up to 5,000 man-hours per month, focusing on safety, productivity, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervises three or more foremen with total responsibility in excess of 35 employees.
• Manages subcontractors.
• Adapts to the scope of work depending on the size of the project(s).
• Develops foremen, journeymen, and apprentices.

Requirements

• Six years of documented work in electrical industrial construction with at least 4 years of prior supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead teams on projects.
• Completed three or more projects from start-up to completion as a Foreman or Supervisor.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of Supervisor duties, responsibilities, and expectations as it applies to size and type of construction project.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, evaluate, and develop foremen, journeymen, and apprentices.
• Demonstrated quality electrical installation and mechanical abilities.

Pay

The pay rate is the good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of this job posting. Ludvik Electric Co. reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted rate if they believe the new range is determined in good faith.
