Supervisor - Driving

Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day management of a location, ensuring parking operations adhere to contractual guidelines, company policies, and procedures.
- Foster good client relations and promote a professional image.
- Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in managing day-to-day activities of the assigned location and perform management duties as assigned.
- Courteously assist customers.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and perform general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
- Report any known accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
- Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, and other hazards.
- Substitute for any position if necessary.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all garage areas, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the vicinity.
- Complete other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and at least one month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong oral communication skills: speaks clearly, listens actively, and responds well to questions.
- Strong written communication skills: writes clearly and informatively; able to read and interpret written information.
- Customer service orientation: maintains a positive attitude and responds promptly to service requests.
- Adaptability: adjusts to changes in the work environment and handles delays or unexpected events effectively.
- Sound judgment: exhibits accurate and thoughtful decision-making.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
Physical Demands
- Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, and talk.
- Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Pay
$22.00 per hour (+ tips). This role is eligible to earn tips in addition to the posted hourly rate.
