Supervisor - Driving
Responsibilities
- Aid in managing parking operations within contractual guidelines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Foster good client relations and promote a professional image.
- Assist with improving client and customer satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day activities of assigned locations.
- Perform management duties as assigned.
- Courteously assist customers.
- Maintain parking equipment and carry out general maintenance tasks.
- Report accidents, violations, safety hazards, and unusual occurrences.
- Handle cleanup duties such as debris, water, oil spills, etc.
- Substitute for other positions as needed.
- Show thorough knowledge of the garage and surrounding area.
- Complete other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimal high school diploma or equivalent with minimal related experience or training.
- Speaks clearly and listens to understand.
- Writes clearly and informatively.
- Maintains a positive attitude and responds to requests for service and assistance.
- Adapts to changes in the work environment and exhibits sound judgment.
- Holds a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
