About the role

As a Supervisor - Document Management you will lead the support, governance, and continuous improvement of the enterprise document-management application. You will oversee a team of document-management application developers, partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver services securely, reliably, and in compliance with business, quality, and regulatory requirements. Reports to the Senior Manager, Information and Document Management Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Resource Management – Lead and mentor a team of application developers, including work prioritization, coaching, performance feedback, and daily supervision.
  • Document Management Platform Administration – Manage daily operations, administration, and support of the enterprise document-management applications and related services.
  • Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement – Develop and maintain procedures, standards, training materials, and operational documentation, ensuring compliance with information governance, audit, quality, records retention, and regulatory requirements.
  • Agile Delivery Leadership – Lead Agile work intake, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, release readiness, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Project Delivery – Lead document-management workstreams for technology upgrades, migrations, integrations, process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives in accordance with IT PMO standards.
  • Testing, Quality Assurance & Release Management – Coordinate testing, defect management, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and production readiness for changes and upgrades.
  • Security & Risk Management – Manage user access administration and security controls in accordance with Westinghouse standards, least-privilege principles, audit requirements, and applicable obligations.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management – Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering organizations, vendors, technical, and cybersecurity teams to deliver effective document-management solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise content management, document management, records management, and enterprise data protection and policy-enforcement platforms.
  • 4+ years of IT supervisory, technical, and project leadership experience.
  • 4+ years of experience with Open Text suite of products (e.g., Documentum D2, InfoArchive, Intelligent Capture).
  • Experience implementing and operationalizing Agile practices within support, development, or product-oriented teams.
  • Experience with SensiIQ, Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM, or similar work-management tools.
  • Experience supporting regulated environments with audit, quality, compliance, records retention, and information-governance requirements.
  • General working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems including scripting languages, Oracle and SQL database environments, Java programming language, REST API platforms, and integrating third-party services and enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with build pipelines and deployment automation within Azure DevOps.

Pay

Base salary range: $116,800 – $146,000 per year, dependent on experience, qualifications, and skills.
