Supervisor Distribution Operations

Primary Purpose

As a Supervisor, Distribution Operations, you'll play a critical role in keeping our distribution center running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You'll lead an engaged team of associates, drive daily operational excellence, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Education - 5+ years of experience in general distribution operations, or a BS/BA in a related field - High school diploma or equivalent (required) - College degree (preferred) - Prior supervisory experience leading hourly associates (preferred) - Certified on powered industrial equipment (preferred) Knowledge & Skills - Basic understanding of business and financial reports - Proven leadership ability with a talent for engaging and motivating others - Strong customer focus and collaboration skills - Clear communication and strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to multi-task and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements

- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -5°F to 90°F+ for extended periods

Salary

-$63,000-87,000, depending on experience.
