About the role

ADUSA Distribution is a distribution company of Ahold Delhaize USA, providing distribution services to leading omnichannel grocery brands. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the distribution center operates safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Requirements

• Experience & Education: 5+ years of experience in general distribution operations, or a BS/BA in a related field
• Knowledge & Skills: Basic understanding of business and financial reports, proven leadership ability, strong customer focus and collaboration skills, clear communication and strong problem-solving abilities, ability to multi-task and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• College degree (preferred)
• Prior supervisory experience leading hourly associates (preferred)
• Certified on powered industrial equipment (preferred)

• Basic understanding of business and financial reports
• Proven leadership ability with a talent for engaging and motivating others
• Strong customer focus and collaboration skills
