Position Overview
The primary function of the Direct Sales Regional Supervisor is to recruit, develop and manage a local sales team with a goal of maximizing customer growth in our marketplace. This position will supervise a minimum of 4-6 direct sales representatives.

Position Responsibilities
- Train, develop and motivate a team of direct sales representatives who can work both individually and as a team to meet and exceed weekly sales requirements and goals.
- Work with the local marketing and training staff to impart knowledge of new products and services to sales team, and technical staff to ensure timely installation of sales.
- Able to review and reconcile payroll commissions and time sheets.
- Maintain budget and reconcile monthly P/L reports.
- Write and deliver meaningful mid-year and annual reviews along with coaching and performance improvement plans as needed.
- In coordination with direct sales representatives, help prospect and perform direct sales activities for new residential opportunities by accompanying reps in the field.
- Track and report daily, weekly, monthly rep activity.
- Create action plans and coach reps to meet requirements.
- Develop programs to exceed goals.
Position Requirements
- College degree preferred in Sales/Marketing, Communications, or Business, or equivalent experience.
- 2 - 4 years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time, with limited overnight stays.
- Night and weekend hours required.
