Supervisor, Digital Investment

About the role

We are seeking a Supervisor to join our award-winning Investment Solutions team. As a Manager of Specialists & Associates, you will oversee cross-channel campaigns across a subset of clients in various industry verticals to deliver meaningful business results. You will work collaboratively to guide the strategy and ensure seamless cross-channel execution. You will provide specialized support with your search expertise, working closely with the team leads to push the agency's channel-specific practice forward.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative tactical recommendations that align with client’s strategic approach
• Oversee the setup and management of campaigns across multiple verticals and platforms
• Mentor and effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to junior team members
• Analyze and capture insights from performance metrics to help inform optimization strategy and tactical plans
• Develop great working relationships with sales reps, internal teams, and clients through strong communication skills
• Evaluate tools, partners, and platforms to ensure their utilization of best tech
• Proactively learn and train the agency on new processes, industry updates, and best practices
• Provide competitive, marketplace analysis, and agency POV

Requirements

Qualifications

• 4+ years in cross-channel media
• Strong search expertise, programmatic & social experience preferred
• 2+ years leading and developing others
• Intermediate-advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Skai preferred
