About the role

An Engineering Supervisor is responsible for shift coverage and must have strong problem-solving skills across all maintenance areas including guest rooms, meeting spaces, public areas, and back-of-house areas such as kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, using a Windows-based computer system. Ability to read blueprints and schematics is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift coverage and respond to maintenance needs across guest rooms, meeting spaces, public areas, and restricted areas (kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, HVAC)
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues using a Windows-based computer system
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Ensure operation and safety of all major building systems

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of building maintenance experience
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of all major building systems, including safety systems for personal protection
