About the role

Responsible for leading cross-functional teams in developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex business problems. Works closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals
• Lead project teams through all phases of development, from conception to implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, operations, and sales to identify opportunities and drive innovation
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Communicate progress and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management or a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Knowledge of project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana)
• Understanding of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with cloud-based collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams)
