What You'll Do
- Supervise and provide day-to-day leadership, direction, coaching, and development to a team responsible for workplace and corporate real estate projects across the enterprise
- Lead the execution of workplace projects including office renovations, relocations, space planning, workplace design, occupancy initiatives, and workplace environment improvements while ensuring alignment with company objectives and workplace standards
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop, recommend, and implement workplace solutions that support business needs, enhance associate experience, and promote innovation, collaboration, and productivity
- Manage team workloads, project priorities, budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery and effective utilization of company resources
- Support workplace strategy initiatives including space utilization planning, workplace standards, flexible work environments, and continuous evaluation of workplace programs, processes, and solutions
- Foster a collaborative and accountable work environment while driving continuous improvement of workplace processes, systems, vendor partnerships, and service delivery
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience leading corporate office workplace, construction, corporate real estate, or related projects, including space acquisition, design, build-out, renovation, and workplace implementation activities
- Leadership experience with demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and support associates while successfully managing multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines
- Strong knowledge of workplace and corporate real estate functions including space planning, occupancy and utilization strategies, workplace design, workplace technologies, furniture solutions, and vendor management
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, interpret project, RFP, and contract documentation, participate in vendor selections through RFP processes, and provide data-driven recommendations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, AutoCAD, Adobe/Bluebeam, and related workplace management technologies, along with the ability to manage budgets and travel up to 15%

- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including occasional in-office attendance at our Omaha, NE location as required to meet business needs and support team collaboration
Preferred
- Experience supporting workplace strategy, hybrid workplace environments, and large corporate office environment initiatives
- Experience managing relationships with architectural, construction, design, workplace consulting, or other real estate service partners
- Knowledge of change management and workplace experience practices
