SUPERVISOR, CONCESSIONS (PART TIME)
Location: University of Toledo, 2801 Bancroft Street, Toledo, OH 43606
Schedule: Part Time; shifts vary and include weekday, weekend, morning, day, and night availability.
Fixed Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
About the Role
Manages the operations of concession stands and performs a variety of concessions duties while providing a pleasant guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Manages the operations of multiple concession stands, assists team members, and maintains a safe environment throughout operating hours.
- Greets, directs, and responds to guests’ questions and needs.
- Understands menu offerings, presentation, and pricing.
- Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
- Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year leadership experience.
- Prior related experience in supervisory, warehouse, concessions, and/or food service roles.
