About the role
Craft Culinary Concepts is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to lead game day and event operations at State Farm Stadium. The ideal candidate will supervise and support team members, assist with event operations, and ensure a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Stand Leads, Cashiers, Cooks, and Stand Attendants during events
- Coach, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
- Aid in staffing support and step into operational roles as needed
- Communicate employee performance concerns and operational updates to management
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, opening, and closing procedures
- Ensure concession stands are stocked, clean, organized, and fully operational
- Monitor inventory, equipment functionality, and overall stand performance
- Quickly troubleshoot POS system and operational issues
- Deliver outstanding customer service and positive guest interactions
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Support company standards for hospitality, speed of service, and cleanliness
- Enforce all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and workplace safety procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment throughout each event
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must possess a valid TEAM, Title 4, or TIPs certification card
- Must possess a valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including a background check and basic math assessment involving U.S. currency
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Must be able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress setting
Physical & Schedule Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and work long hours
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and events
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and loud event environments
